Shipping Policy
STANDARD SHIPPING via Royal Mail 3-5 days: £2.99
NEXT SHIPPING via DPD: £4.99
Orders placed Monday-Friday (before 3.00pm) are processed the same day, next working day orders will be received the following working day (Mon-Fri are working days).
Orders placed on Friday after 3.00pm or on a Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Return & Exchange Policy
REFUNDS

If you would like to return your order for a refund, please us the contact us form online to request a returns form and we will email one to you.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order arriving. We ask that items are returned unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.
You must return your items via your local postal service. We do not offer free returns. We recommend using a tracked service for security to avoid delay/lost packages.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once we have received the return, please allow up to 2 working days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank/payment method, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to become available.
In the event of a cancellation, the reversal of funds can take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank/card provider.
The original postage cost is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item (unless the item is faulty, in which case we will ensure we cover the cost).
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please use the contact us form online to request an exchange form and we will email one to you.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
If the requested size is in stock, your new order will be re-processed as normal and sent to your original order address at no extra cost.
If the size you request is no longer in stock, we will contact you via email. You can request another item or request a refund.
